Peggy Mercer is a world known author and songwriter. She previously
taught children and adults in public schools and behavior change programs. During her
teaching years she influenced over 5,000 students. She is the author of the wildly popular
TEN COWS TO TEXAS and the beautifully illustrated non-fiction story set in World War II,
THERE COME A SOLDIER. Her new book due out in early fall is called PEACH WHEN THE
WELL RUN DRY. Other book projects are forthcoming.
Peggy Mercer is
a songwriter with songs currently being produced by Nashville Recording Artist J. K. Coltrain
and others. She is a member of BMI and is a representative of one of the top Indie record
